Topic: Reinventing Your Total Rewards: Customizing Benefits to Drive Culture & Win Talent

Employees place significant value on the benefits being provided by their organization.  Organizations should understand that employees look at benefit offerings, compensation, and retirement programs differently based upon a number of factors such as age, occupation, geographic location, etc.

That requires employers to understand their employee population and what they value, as that is integral to developing a total rewards package for employees that has the optimal mix of compensation, benefits, retirement, and other occupational magnets. Leadership can and should be using their organization’s total rewards strategy to both attract and retain key talent.  A coherent total rewards strategy will also help keep organizational goals on track, and continue to drive a strong company culture. Employers who invest time & resources into a multi-year total rewards strategy will realize a better ROI based on higher levels of organizational wellbeing, those without end up facing a talent shortage.

Driving culture through a coherent total reward strategy is a good way to set & maintain the direction of an organization's employees. Studies show engaged employees result into better organizational wellbeing. Employers who focus time and effort into their total reward strategy is a key component of maximizing rewards dollars and attracting and retaining key talent.

Attendees will be able to:

1) Understand how to gauge employee preferences compared to current benefit offerings
2) Learn how to use those employee's preferences to spend limited total rewards dollars more wisely, receiving a better return on their investment into total rewards
3) Enhance their company culture by creating a total rewards and benefits strategy that both attracts and retains top talent while being tied to the overall Organizational goals
