Directions

Program Description:

Participants in the Leading Through Difficult Conversations will learn the fundamentals of how to have critical conversations. Specifically, the session will focus on:

Building Trust

  • Understanding and applying the foundations for building and priming for trust  
  • Identifying how to create an open and honest space for conversations 

 

Critical Conversations

  • Identifying what's possible when they are communicating with others at their best – even in heated situations
  • Understanding how to feel confident and keep the dialogue going, even when the stakes are high
  • Realizing the importance of active listening and asking powerful questions
  • Moving from having a healthy dialogue to taking action and achieving results
  • Defining what it means to set powerful agreements with others
