The Burnout Antidote:
Building Ethical Cultures That Actually Work

In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, burnout has become a critical challenge affecting productivity, well-being, and organizational performance—especially in high-responsibility roles. Based on Gallagher’s recent surveys, the percentage of HR leaders who agree that the employee value proposition reflects the actual work experience is steadily declining, and only 13% strongly agree that leaders are held accountable for their behaviors and actions. The disconnect between employee expectations and leadership behavior is widening and this negatively impacts all aspects of company culture.

This session explores how a strong ethical culture serves as a protective factor against burnout and a catalyst for deeper employee engagement. Participants will examine the relationship between organizational ethics, psychological safety, trust, and sustainable performance. Through research-backed insights and practical strategies, leaders will learn how ethical decision-making, transparent communication, and values-driven leadership create an environment where employees feel supported, energized, and committed. The session will offer actionable tools to cultivate ethical norms, strengthen resilience, and enhance engagement across teams.
